Tamara is founder and CEO of The Social Element, a global social media agency that delivers social media strategy, content, engagement and insights to some of the world's biggest brands. Tamara founded the company in 2002, before the explosion in social media. She had previously run the Online Webmaster team for BBC Online, which fueled her love of online communities. From the early days of moderating branded communities, she recognised the potential of social media engagement and great content for business. When Facebook launched in 2004 and then Twitter in 2006, the business took off and her prediction about the future of social media was realized.

Lord Karan Bilimoria CBE, DL is also the Co-Founder of Cobra Beer, Chancellor of Birmingham University and Board Director, E2E. Over the last five years, the E2E community has evolved to over 10,000 entrepreneurs, 2,000 investors and non-exec directors who embrace the power by meeting people face to face and building long lasting relationships.

We are excited to help founders of businesses connect, invest and sit on the boards of the UK's fastest growing organisations.

Disclaimer: Our event is designed for founders of growing businesses and business leaders. We try where possible to keep exclusivity. Should E2E deem your position as not suitable for our event one of our team will remove you from our attendee list and you will be notified. Overt selling will be frowned upon.
