Mark Dixon, CEO and Founder - IWG

Chief executive and founder, Mark Dixon is one of Europe’s best-known entrepreneurs. Since founding Regus, the world’s leading flexible workspace provider, in Brussels, Belgium in 1989, he has earned a formidable reputation for leadership and innovation. By understanding the way that globalisation, personal mobility and digital technology have enabled new ways of working, Mark has overseen the growth of Regus into IWG, a diversified group that now also owns other leading flexible workspace providers such as Spaces, No18, Basepoint and Openoffice.

IWG companies help 2.5 million people worldwide to work more productively by providing a choice of professional, inspiring and collaborative workspaces and communities. The group now has almost 3,300 locations in more than 1,000 towns and cities across more than 110 countries. Prior to Regus, Mark established businesses in the retail and wholesale food industry. He has received many awards for enterprise and is widely acknowledged as one of the pioneers who revolutionised the way business approaches its property needs with his vision of the future of work. He recognises the importance of nourishing an entrepreneurial instinct and has spoken all over the world to entrepreneurs.


Sarah Wood OBE, City A.M.'s Entrepreneur of the Year, Co-founder & Chair - Unruly

Sarah Wood is the chair & co-founder of Unruly, the global video advertising marketplace acquired by News Corp in 2015.

She currently sits on the boards of FTSE 250 company Superdry plc and Tech Nation, the UK network for ambitious tech entrepreneurs.
She is a technology ambassador for London, a member of the London Mayor’s Business Advisory Board & an ambassador for The Prince's Trust Women Supporting Women Programme. Sarah has been named Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year, City AM Entrepreneur of the Year, and has been awarded an OBE for services to technology and innovation.

She is also the author of best-selling career handbook Stepping Up: How to Accelerate Your Leadership Potential, which calls for more diverse, digital and empathetic business leaders.


Ed Bussey, Founder & CEO - Quill

Ed Bussey is Founder and CEO of Quill, the disruptive, fast-growing digital content production business. Prior to launching Quill in 2011, Ed was Chief Operating Officer at ZYB, an award-winning mobile social networking pioneer acquired by Vodafone Plc in May 2008. Ed was also part of the founding team and Global Marketing Director for online clothing retailer Figleaves.com, acquired by N Brown Plc in Oct 2010.

Ed has held non-executive director, chairman and advisory positions with companies including, Mr. & Mrs. Smith Boutique Hotels, Bauer Media Group, Charles Tyrwhitt, Secretsales and Evans Cycles. Ed began his career in the Royal Navy and subsequently held various security appointments around the world with the UK diplomatic service.


Richard Morris, CEO - Spaces and ‎Regus UK

Richard is CEO of Spaces and Regus UK. He joined in 2014 following his role as CEO of G4S’s UK & Ireland Division. Regus is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions offering a fast growing global network of 3,000 locations in 120 countries.

In 2015, with Richard at the helm, Regus UK generated more than £450 million in revenue, driving profit to in excess of £84 million. Since joining, Richard has consistently delivered year on year growth for Regus’ UK division.


Shalini Khemka - Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, E2Exchange

Shalini founded E2Exchange (E2E) in 2011.

She is a Member of the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board. She is a fellow of Burton & South Derbyshire College. She is also a judge for the Great British Entrepreneurs Awards and The National Business Awards. Shalini is a Champion for Tech London Advocates, a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs and an Ambassador for Recordsure. She was formerly on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Entrepreneurs (CFE), The Development Board of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and was a judge for IBM Smartcamp.

Chaired by SARAH BAXTER - Deputy Editor, The Sunday Times

As Deputy Editor of The Sunday Times and a regular columnist, Sarah plays a key role in framing the news cycle for the nation. With the biggest broadsheet Sunday readership in the country, Sarah’s perspective on everything from politics to press freedom shape the debate for the week ahead, while she has helped to recruit and mentor many of the women journalists on The Sunday Times. Sarah has been with the newspaper since 1966, with stints as a Correspondent in New York and Washington, while her previous roles in journalism have included Political Editor of the New Statesman and current affairs presenter for ITN and BBC.
