EA One - School Engagement Session (Portadown)

Starting in 2020, the Education Authority is launching our new integrated HR, Payroll & Recruitment system – EA One. Elements of EA One will also be used by the Department of Education to process payroll for Teaching Staff.

For schools/nurseries impacted by this new system, the EA is hosting regional Engagement Sessions. The agenda will include:

• Project Overview & Timing (10 mins)
• Online Timecard & HR Self-Service (30 mins)
• Tea Break and Discussion (20 mins)
• Online Recruitment (30 mins)*

Schools are welcome to send up to two representatives, ideally a Principal and member of staff who is involved in processing timesheets.

Please be aware the EA One system does not impact Voluntary Grammar Schools. Please also note Online Recruitment is only applicable to Controlled and Catholic Maintained schools/nurseries.
