This training is delivered on the basis that you will complete a period of supervised practice & assessment in your workplace and will be directly observed by your GP or Nurse Mentor following this training.
THIS TRAINING IS SUITABLE FOR HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS AND NEW NURSES
Simulated competencies will be assessed on the day and delegates should be able to identify a practitioner in their practice for ongoing supervision.
Following training, all delegates will be expected to be supervised and signed off as competent by an experienced practice staff member.
