This conference is for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) whose schools have registered with us for our Early Career Teachers programme (in partnership with Ambition Institute). It is required training as part of your induction period.

• Pre-reading for the conference is found in the online StepLab tool in the form of 'pre-conference modules'. Your access to StepLab follows your completion of 'onboarding', a process which is triggered after your schools has registered with us.
• This conference is an online conference for those unable to attend the face to face events (Norwich and King's Lynn) earlier in the month.
