Event description

Description

Our new series of multidisciplinary networking events pairs a clinician with a STEM scientist or industrial speaker to speak about their work and where it may be relevant to early detection of cancer. The STEM scientists and industrial respresentatives may speak about the devices and interventions they are developing and the clinicians speak about potential bottlenecks in their work which might be addressed by greater collaboration with physical scientists.

At this event, the talks will be given by Dr Thierry Savin, Department of Engineering and Dr David Kent, Cambridge Stem Cell Institute

Each talk lasts for 15-20 minutes, followed by audience questions and the opportunity to network further with colleagues over drinks.
