A different kind of group coaching experience that will help you feel energised, inspired and less stressed.

About this event

Do you want to start your day with some uplifting time for yourself?

Join us for an early morning, energising, inspiring walk. Wander locally while connecting online to share the experience with Anise and a small, friendly group. Choose your route and walk at your own pace.

Anise will guide and coach the group as you wander. Over the three walks we will gently explore the wellbeing and resilience themes of Energy, Boundaries and Pacing.

You will need:

  • Access to Zoom on your phone
  • A park or quiet streets to wander in
  • A desire to get some space just for you, to feel good and to try something a bit different (that's also really easy and comfortable to engage with)

What else?

  • Download the Zoom app on your phone, put in your earbuds, login to Zoom, say hello before switching off the camera, and pop the phone in your pocket
  • Fully charge your phone
  • Dress for the weather and take care of yourself as you walk.
