The Stronger Practice Hubs Programme launches in November 2022, and is part of the Department for Education’s Early Years Education COVID-19 Recovery Package. It aims to support settings to address the impact of the pandemic on young children, by sharing effective practice and building lasting local networks. The application process is already open and runs to 23rd September.

This webinar is designed to support settings with their applications and is aimed at those involved in the application at senior level, including setting owners, setting managers, Early Years teachers, EYFS leads, Heads of Early Years as well as Headteachers and Governors.

Applications to become a Stronger Practice Hub are welcome from individual settings or a partnership of up to 5 settings. Childminders can be part of a partnership application but cannot apply to lead a hub.

  • This webinar will be held on Microsoft Teams
  • A maximum of 2 places per setting are available on a first come, first served basis
  • Attendees in England only
  • A recording of the first webinar for settings is already available on the Stronger Practice Hubs page on the NCB website

Local Authority Colleagues, please do not book on this webinar – you can watch the recording. Your booking will be deleted and due to the tight timing and the numbers involved, we may not be able to email you to tell you, you will just receive a cancellation from eventbrite.

We look forward to working with the sector to deliver this transformative programme
