Join me on Friday 12th September at Holy Trinity Community Hall 6.30-8pm for a blissfully grounded Earth Element Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice.

We will be focusing on the Spleen and Stomach Meridians .Meridians are considered channels where Qi, or the basic life force of the body flows in Chinese Medicine. Targeting these channels can help cultivate stability and inner abundance supporting us in the more yin months of autumn and winter.Benefits of this earth element practice:
  • PhysicallySupports a strong digestive and immune system, alleviates sluggishness and fatigue, and promote a healthy flow of qi.
  • Emotionally:Helps to reduce worry, foster a grounded feeling, and cultivates a sense of abundance and inner stability.
