A men’s group is a place to experience something unique and refreshing right on your doorstep. They are a place to network, to grow personally and professionally, to receive and offer support, to improve your well-being, to talk about your concerns and desires and much more. This all happens in a non-judgemental setting, hosted by facilitators living here in East Dulwich, who are motivated to support men in their development. If you are brave, curious, and looking for a unique experience come along to discover the impact a men’s group can have in your life.
You don't need to have done anything like this before, just bring yourself as you are. There's also no need to contribute, you can just sit and listen if you wish.
Here's just one of the pieces of feedback we received from a previous gathering: "It's really rare to be in a group of likeminded men looking to improve themselves and others without anything to sell or preach. Just men helping each other be better men. It was amazing how quickly a group could create a space full of trust to listen, reflect and share".
