Reading Socialist Club member, Roy Wolfe, kindly sent in this link to a short article about Max Levitas, who passed away in 2018. Max was part of the generation of Jewish radicals who organised the resistance to Mosley in Cable Street. The article recalls Levitas' remarkable life.

David himself acknowledges a huge debt of gratitude to the late Professor Bill Fishman, an innovative and inspirational social historian, and author of "East End Jewish Radicals", "The Streets of East London" and "East End 1888", who pioneered historical walks through London’s East End.
