About this event

Overview

The East Highland Way is an incredible and remote hiking route in Scotland.

This guided adventure runs over 7 days (6 nights). It includes luggage shuttles for you each day and a variety of accommodation - a mix of hotels, hostels and camping. The East Highland Way starts where the West Highland Way ends; in Fort William in Scotland. It stretches 82 miles (132km) to the North East, finishing in the beautiful ski and mountain resort of Aviemore.

The East Highland Way is 14 miles shorter than the WHW, but it is by no means the little sibling. Instead, it offers the chance to step into the wilderness, get away from more well trodden routes and explore a wilder side of Scotland. This little-known route means no busy tourist trails, very few signposts, and the chance to enjoy remote wild camps with a heightened sense of achievement at the end. This is a fantastic 'must-do' hiking trail; get it on your 'to-do' list today!

Adventure Solos' are designed for guests to book onto adventures by themselves and enjoy a fun social atmosphere. This gives you a great opportunity to tackle the route whilst enjoying the camaraderie and friendships of your fellow adventurers.
