About this event

East Midlands Early Career Researchers (ECR) Robotics and Autonomous Systems Network

Mission Statement

This event aims to build a network of multidisciplinary Early Career Researchers (ECRs) in Robotics and Autonomous Systems in the East Midlands. It will bring together ECRs from a wide range of backgrounds with an interest in robotics and autonomous systems and allow them to form new partnerships and develop wider academic skills. This networking event will facilitate new interdisciplinary research collaborations and will promote happy, healthy research culture, allowing for the creation of diverse research teams.

About the event

The event on 9th November is being organised by and for Early Career Researchers in the East Midlands region. The event will take place in person at the University of Nottingham, and you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your work in a poster and 3-minute talk format. This event represents a fantastic opportunity for ECRs in the field to engage with a wider scientific audience to see the breadth of robotics and autonomous systems research being done by other ECRs in the East Midlands. Anybody that considers themselves an early career researcher, in the robotics and autonomous systems field in the East Midlands is welcome to attend!
