Full Moon Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation
Join me for a deeply restorative Sound Bath under the radiant energy of the Full Moon. The crystal singing bowls create pure, resonant frequencies that gently wash through your body, calming the nervous system and restoring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
The Full Moon is a time of illumination, release, and heightened energy. As the moonlight amplifies our intentions, the healing vibrations of the bowls will support you in letting go of what no longer serves you, while opening space for clarity, renewal, and deeper connection.
All you need to do is lie back, relax, and allow the sound to carry you into a meditative state, where inner stillness and transformation can unfold.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort - anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour but please don’t bring inflatable beds, treatment tables or reclining garden furniture unless there are medical reasons - with consent from benjamin. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
Important: Doors open at 7.20pm and close at the start of our session at 7.30pm.
