If the event is free, why do I need to book a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Because our ballroom has strict capacity rules for fire regulations, we have found the easiest way to manage this is by asking everyone to book a ticket.

Question 2

I have lost my order confirmation, can I still come?

Accepted Answer

As long as you can remember the name you booked the tickets in, our venue staff will be able to find your order.

Question 3

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our venue is fully accessible, we have 4 dedicated spaces for blue badge holders, and the rest of the car park is flat. Our ballroom is on the first floor and we have a large 13 person lifts. All of our floors and doorways are flat and level and all doors are wide enough for a wheelchair

Is the film suitable for all children?

Accepted Answer

Because we don't ask and we don't know the age range of the children coming, we have opted to show a U classified film, that way everybody can enjoy the film.

Question 5

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to make sure there are enough spaces for everyone that would like to come, we have limited it to 10 tickets per order.

Question 6

What does munchies mean?

Accepted Answer

This means bring those things you would normally eat at the cinema or at home watching a good movie. Hot food is not allowed, neither is a full picnic. Think sharer bags of tortilla chips with nacho cheese or big bags of your favourite sweets
