Enjoy the thrills and spills of authentic medieval jousting in the heart of Leeds.
This Easter the Royal Armouries’ arena will resound to the clamour and clash of a live-action tournament, as internationally renowned knights battle for the coveted Sword of Honour and the prestigious Queen’s Jubilee Trophy – spectacular entertainment for all the family.

STAY FOR THE DAY
Each day of the tournament weekend will be packed with pomp and pageantry, music and minstrels plus two not-to-be-missed dangerously entertaining tournament shows at 12 noon and 3pm.
The museum is open daily from 10am to 5pm. Activities in the museum start at 10.45am. Arena shows will be at 12pm and 3pm and last approximately 45 minutes. Tickets include both shows. Please check our website for further information on the full daily programme. Royal Armouries reserves the right to amend the programme without prior notification.
12 noon - Melee in the tiltyard
2.15pm - Parade of the Knights
3pm - Grand Final and presentation of trophies
PLEASE NOTE, ADMISSION TO THE ARENA WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ONCE THE SHOW HAS STARTED. PLEASE AIM TO ARRIVE AT THE ARENA AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE SHOW.

Is the arena suitable for wheelchair-users?
Yes, there is a designated viewing area in the arena for wheelchair users and toilets are fully accessible.
Can I reserve a seat?
No, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I bring my pram/pushchair to the arena shows?
Prams and pushchairs are not allowed in the arena but there is a secure, sheltered buggy park outside the entrance.
The arena is outside and the seating area is not covered. Please dress appropriately.
What's the refund policy?
The Tournament shows will take place what ever the weather. No refunds will be given.
