Eastern City Reformer Pilates

Come join us for a rejuvenating session of Reformer Pilates at the Light Centre Monument.

One of London’s top Pilates Teachers, Diogo Martins brings his unique Dynamic Reformer Pilates to Light Centre Monument. A fusion of strength and conditioning with elements of traditional Pilates to create an intense and sweaty full-body workout to produce effective results.

The technique adopted addresses posture correction, increased flexibility, muscle toning and injury-prevention. Each exercise is instructed with adaptions for regression and progression. So all levels are welcome, including beginners.
