We are a casual informal group- so when you do join us for a walk you will be responsible for your own safety, at all times.
Our aim is to provide a weekly group walk that promotes walking and talking which can then contribute to good mental wellbeing.
Our intention is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can talk about anything that may be on your mind or just have a good old natter.
The pace is leisurely and suitable for all adults
