Can I get a refund if I am no longer able to attend?

You can request a full refund up to 7 days before the event, this will be less any Eventbrite administration fees.

Will the walk be cancelled if not enough people sign up?

No, even if you are the only person to sign up, this walking event will still go ahead.

Will it be safe to attend if there is a storm?

In the event of the MetOffice predicting a storm (which can happen at any time of the year in the Lake District) your group leader will make an assessment 24 hours prior to the event as to the safety to proceed. You will receive a credit voucher to be used within 12 months on any 'Easy/Mod' walk.

What do you mean by a Moderate to Good Level of Fitness?

A "moderate to good" level of fitness indicates you can not only do everyday activities easily but also engage in some vigorous exercise for extended periods, often with a higher intensity and longer duration, while still maintaining a comfortable breathing rate and heart rate.
