Description

A self care workshop where we learn the practice of Shibashi. Shibashi is known as movement meditation working with 18 powerful and gentle moves. Suitable for complete beginners to Tai Chi.

The practice works on many levels from improving flexibility of joints and strength of leg muscles, exercising the inner organs, cardiovascular, respiratory, immune systems as well as supporting mental health through improving sleep, anxiety and stress.

Introduction to Shibashi 2 and elements of breathwork and Qigong complete the holistic experience. Can be performed standing or sitting. You know you're so worth it.
