Food, eating and diet is an emotional act for so many people. We want to explore the fact that eating is an essential part of being alive - and can actually be a joyful and pleasurable experience with a little shift in mindset!
Join us as we teach you how to rid yourself of any negativity or guilt about the food you eat, and be a bit easier on yourself. With Christmas fast approaching, we also want to help you get into a positive mindset around food and eating, before the usual splurging and guilt cycle that the festive season often brings.
You'll also be taking part in some interactive, thought-provoking happiness exercises to help you build a healthier emotional relationship towards food.
You were given taste buds for a reason - come and let us remind you why eating and food should be - and can be - enjoyable!
