Eat, Pamper, Love is an event for stressed out, overworked women who feel guilty taking time out for themselves.
In 3 hours you will experience fun, indulgence, peace, self-love, relaxation and connection so that you can go away feeling inspired, relaxed and joyful.
- A 60 minute workshop where you will learn to make your own natural chocolate face mask which is literally good enough to eat. You will take what you make home to indulge in your own time and you will have the skills and knowledge to make your own chocolate face mask at home at any time.
- A 45 minute deep relaxation session with instructions you can take home to enable you to recreate the session anytime you're feeling stressed
- An Italian themed cold buffet and glass of bubbly while you chat and connect with other like-minded women at the event about your experience.

Why was this event created?
Gone are the days where women stay at home to read, write poetry and practice embrodiery. These days women are mothers, sisters, daughters, managers, chefs, cleaners, chauffeurs and any other role that needs to be filled to make each day run smoothly.
Granted, a lot of women are happy with the success they have achieved in their lives, however, as a result they also feel exhausted and have very little time and energy to enjoy other areas of their life outside of work. Many women feel guilty spending time on themselves when they know there are so many other areas of their life that demand their attention.
Eat, Pamper, Love gives women the permission and opportunity to take time out for themselves to reconnect and restore mental and emotional harmony.
The event was inspired by the Book and Film, Eat, Pray, Love, which is the true story of a stressed out, dissatisfied thirty-something called Liz. After waking up at 3am one night, Liz realises that she was terribly unhappy with her life and embarked on a year long trip to Italy, India and Bali to find what truly made her happy. If you haven't read or watched Eat, Pray, Love, I highly recommend it.
