'Eat Real Food'™ with Emily Watkins, Cheltenham

Join Emily Watkins, Chef Proprietor of the award-winning Kingham Plough, as she takes us through three of her top grain recipes in this demonstration session as part of our ‘Eat Real Food’ series.
From Emily’s early career igniting a passion for Italian ingredients and their provenance whilst working in Florence to working with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck, Emily was awarded best chef in the Cotswolds for 2016, listed as one of the top 60 influential women in Cotswold Life this year, and competed in the Great British Menu and won with her fish dish.
In this special event, Emily explores her passions for under-used grains with Courgette Spaghetti with Millet and Pesto, Fava Bean and Smoked Bacon Casserole and Heritage Tomato and Pinhead Oatmeal Risotto.
All proceeds from tonight will go to our Whole Kids Foundation - education local children and families in healthy eating and nutrition.
