EAT THE RAINBOW WITH BAIN-MARIE
Blending a dedication to re-embracing ancient and natural foods with a desire to make healthy food accessible to all, Marie Cudennec, a conscious chef and food writer, founded Bain-Marie in 2013. Since then, she has run a series of successful raw food supper clubs, been featured in cookbooks and food magazines, opened her own pop-up café in the heart of Portobello and continues to hold inspirational cooking classes and People’s Kitchens. Her culinary repertoire includes Raw Pad Thai, Courgetti with Pesto, Orange Blossom Polenta Cake and Raw Chocolate Ganache Cake amongst many other delicious delights.
As part of the Go Golborne initiative, Marie is offering families with children living in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea three free healthy cooking classes on the last Saturday of April, May and June. As spaces are limited, in order to ensure people attend the classes, we require you to book a FREE ticket here and bring the ticket with you on the day.
During each class, you will delve into the heart of healthy and sustainable cooking, learning how to make one savoury and one sweet recipe per class. After attending all three classes, you will take home a FREE spiraliser of your own!
