Are you sick of putting on weight, feeling tired, forgetful and anxious and suffering with PMS or menopausal symptoms?

I am delighted to announce my third Eating for Hormonal Balance Workshop focusing on nutrition and lifestyle tips to bring harmony and balance back to your life, naturally.

In the first hour, you will learn how and what to eat for optimal health and weight. This will be a fun and interactive session and a safe space for you to ask questions. During the second hour, I will cook some family-friendly healthy and delicious recipes for you to taste. Oh, and I have a little surprise for you at the end!
