Join us at Wild Oats for an empowering and practical talk on how to eat in alignment with your menstrual cycle, hosted by our in-house Nutritional Therapist, Catherine McClory.
This session is for anyone looking to better understand their body, support their hormones naturally, and feel more balanced throughout the month.

About the Speaker:
Catherine McClory is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM, mBANT, rCNHC) with a BSc in Sports Biology. She specialises in women’s health and hormones, helping women get off the monthly hormonal rollercoaster and fully nourish their bodies with food that supports real-life energy, balance, and wellbeing.
Catherine is part of the Wild Oats Natural Remedies team and is passionate about making hormone health accessible and empowering.
