About this Event
In this session we'll explore the links between what we eat and how we feel, and offer suggestions to help improve our wellbeing through what, how and when we eat.
Health isn't about looks , and this session isn't about dieting. We believe in health at every size and think it's important that we take care of ourselves, and eating to fuel your body is a basic part of that.
About the trainer: Anne is one of Your Space's community wellbeing development workers, based in LS11. They have worked to help improve personal and community wellbeing for a number of years, first in higher education and lately in the third (charity) sector. They also have a lifetime's experience of learning to look after themself! Anne believes nurturing a sense of wellbeing is hard but empowering and freeing work.
