Brigitte Webster is author of Eating with the Tudors (2023), a detailed exploration of food and dining in Tudor England. Brigitte has appeared on Walking Tudor England with Prof. Suzannah Lipscomb, contributes regularly to Tudor Places magazine, and features on national and international history podcasts.
