Hot off the back of completing her epic Ethiopia Trek challenge with Action Against Hunger, Mary-Ellen McTague is hosting a fundraising dinner for the charity in partnership with Habesha, Manchester's only Ethiopian restuarant.

Guests will be treated to a traditional coffee ceremony and 3 courses of delicious Ethiopian cuisine including:

• Goat Sambusa (lentil for vegetarians) with berbere & buticha - cooked by Mary-Ellen McTague, with goat meat kindly provided by James Whetlor’s Cabrito

• Traditional Ethiopian main course (Injere bread, stews & garnishes) - cooked by Habesha

• Ayib & Honey Parfait with Shembra Kolo - cooked by Mary-Ellen McTague

All profits from this event will be donated to Action Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organisation that takes decisive action against the causes and effects of hunger. Last year Action Against Hunger assisted 14.9 million people in nearly 50 countries.
