Event Details

The Open Forum will pick up digitalisation as a major industry trend and focus on the use of future-oriented  technologies, such as AI, robotics or cloud technology, on questions around security such as cyber-threats or fraud risks, new methods of customer interaction as well as implementation challenges in general.

Our digital transformation journey continues! After our inaugural meeting that explored the future role of Open Banking, we are now very pleased to announce the second meeting of the EBA Open Forum on Open Banking and Digital Transformation.

The theme of the meeting is “Moving forward on the digital journey, what payment methods will win the hearts and minds of the customer?  Do we still need cash...?”

Please note that attendance of the Open Forum on Open Banking and Digital Transformation will be free of charge for EBA Members. A cost-covering fee of 250 € per meeting will apply to non-members. Registration includes the day meeting and the lunch.
