Join us for this special session featuring a knowledgeable guest speaker, real-life stories, and powerful insights into how complementary therapies can support anxiety, especially during peri- and menopause. Let’s explore how to regulate our nervous systems, reconnect with our bodies, and rediscover emotional balance together.

Understand how your hormones affect mental health and learn natural techniques to help manage anxiety and stress, encouraging better sleep, rest and feeling able to cope.

Hayley Holden from (Awaken Your Sole) will share 20 years of knowledge and experience working with women, including a restful guided relaxation and some easy reflexology self-help techniques you can take away to use at home.

Expect engaging discussions, thoughtful questions, and a vibrant exchange of experiences in a safe, supportive space.
