We’re delighted to welcome Marianne Jervis, an inspiring coach, trainer, and speaker who helps people all over the UK and beyond build confidence, strengthen their mindset, and look after their wellbeing. With a background in mental health and leadership, Marianne combines practical strategies with real-life stories, making her talks both down-to-earth and uplifting.
In this session, Marianne will explore:

- The five types of imposter syndrome
- What causes and triggers it
- How to challenge unhelpful thoughts
- Simple, effective strategies to quiet self-doubt and feel more confident
