Led by The Wellsynergy Project, with support from ROC Adventure, this walk invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore the natural and mythical layers of Blaenau Gwent’s wooded heart.

What to Expect:
A gentle and immersive route through forest paths and natural clearings. Expect frequent pauses for storytelling, reflection, and mindful connection with the woodland surroundings. The walk is designed to stir the imagination and nourish a sense of wonder in nature.
