ECH - Building Resilience in Your Team

This meeting is only open to Buckinghamshire Headteachers on the Early Career Headship Programme.

Tiffany Kearns from the Education Psychology team in Bucks will lead this session which looks at ways to build resilience and focus on team wellbeing.

There will be opportunities to discuss what constitutes good mental health and how you can maintain a healthy balance.

You will be given details of support available as well as recommendations to resources and websites which you can use.
