ECH - Getting the Best From Your Team

This meeting is only open to Buckinghamshire Headteachers on the Early Career Headship Programme.

Led by Elen Peal, a former Headteacher in Bucks. This will be an opportunity to explore ideas and approaches to get the best from your team. This will include:

• Effective leadership
• Growing excellence
• Managing change
• Understanding and managing conflict in the change process

This is a good time to engage in discussions with other new headteachers, share ideas and solutions to problems.
