Rosalind Burch, School Improvement Adviser will lead this session regarding the headteacher's role in school and an effective way to build relationships with parents, governors and the local community. Roz was recently a headteacher in Bucks and offers her insight into this vital part of your role. Also drawing from the most recent experiences of local heads, sharing top tips and the pitfalls to avoid.
