ECH - Updating the SEF & School Improvement Planning

This meeting is only open to Buckinghamshire Headteachers on the Early Career Headship Programme.

This session will be led by Rosalind Burch, School Improvement Adviser. The aims of this session are:

• To understand what the SEF is and how it fits into the School Improvement Cycle
• To know what should be included in your school SEF
• To identify good practice in given examples
• To feel confident in updating the SEF
