Overview

Join us for a talk from Karolina Trdlicova, citizen science co-ordinator on the ECHO project at The James Hutton Institute.

This talk will describe the ambitious Europe-wide ECHO soil project which aims to raise awareness of the importance of soil and to engage citizen scientists to collect a total of 16,500 soil samples across Europe. The Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Scottish Wildlife Trust group is an ambassador for the project, recruiting and encouraging people and community groups to take part in the project by collecting samples from their local area.

This event will be conducted via a Zoom video link and joining details will be sent upon booking. Please note that this meeting maybe recorded for public viewing later.
