Simply lie down or if you prefer be seated in a comfortable position and wrap up warm in your blanket, let yourself drop off towards inner calm, relaxation and tranquillity. A time to practice self-care and compassion, travelling inwards releasing what no longer serves.

Wake later fully rested and relaxed, the body and the ultimate meditative state of the mind results in a greater sense of your whole self with a feeling of having let go of any intense feelings.
