Description

Dear Colleagues,

Don’t be in the dark! Eclipse, the new case management system for Children’s Social Care, is coming…

You are invited to attend a mandatory 2hour Eclipse Overview training session (either 10-12:00 or 1-3pm), in your preferred locality, which will outline the key practice and cultural changes involved with the implementation of Eclipse and give an overview of the system and what to expect when the implementation date and team specific training is rolled out.

You can choose to attend the session which is most convenient for you, either a morning session (10:00-12:00) or an afternoon session (13:00-15:00) in your preferred locality and there are some additional dates in Exeter.

27th February Committee Suites, County Hall, Exeter

28th February Rattery Village Hall, South Devon

1st March Committee Suites, County Hall, Exeter

2nd March Committee Suites, County Hall, Exeter

5th March Caddesdown Business Centre, North Devon

7th March Best Western Hotel, Tiverton

9th March Coaver Conference Hall, County Hall, Exeter

Please select and register for the session you will be attending by visiting the Eclipse Overview Training Profile on Eventbrite.

Further mandatory team based and service specific training will be rolled out after Easter and information will be available shortly.

Refreshments of tea, coffee and water will be provided prior to the start of each training session and you do not need to bring a laptop.

We very much look forward to seeing you and demonstrating the new case management system for Children’s Social Care.
