Start your weekend with energising movement, with time to chat, reflect on the experience to simply ask questions or ways to adapt movement for you.

This unique blend of ecosmatics presents breathwork, mobility, and natural movement as inspired by the four elements:

Led by Gail Mahon (The Clay Gymnasium), these sessions help you:

  • Boost energy & dial deeper into details of mobility
  • Build purposeful strength for life

✔️ 2 bonus recordings to suit back to basics, one for regression of the movement- best for recovery/injury /beginners or just need slow moves in busy or stressful times. Plus a second guided adaptation for adding power, building strength, and conditioning with volume, intensity, and complexity as you gain more experience and seek more challenge

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be fit or flexible to start ECO//FLOW?

Not at all. All levels are welcome, movements are adaptable to your own pace and body. We create a safe learning environment that builds foundations of practice from where you're at today.

Do I need special equipment at home?

No. Just a small space, comfortable stretchy clothes, water, and an open mind. A yoga mat and some cushions would be useful to support sitting or kneeling on the floor. If the floor is not in your range right now, keep a sturdy chair close by for additional support.

I’ve never tried anything like this, will I feel out of place?

Absolutely not. Sessions are beginner-friendly, supportive, and designed to make you feel confident from the start.

What if I have an injury or limited mobility?

Scaled modifications are always offered so you can participate safely, and you can rest anytime you need. Follow the live recording afterwards, each session at another time to suit.

What if I’m starting from scratch (or sit at a desk all day)?

Movements are designed as daily practice for progress, whether improving mobility for recovery, beginning a new fitness journey, complementing training, or balancing a chair-bound lifestyle.
