Drop-off session – parents/carers do not stay

Join us for a special one-off ecotherapy session designed to support young people’s well-being through nature connection, time with animals, and therapeutic activities.

This 3-hour session includes:

🌿 Therapeutic animal time – gentle, calming interactions with the farm animals to help young people feel grounded and connected.

🌲 Nature connection activity – themed around beavers and how they build spaces of safety and comfort. We'll explore how we can feel safer and more at ease in ourselves.

🧠 Guided discussions – led by a qualified mental health practitioner, focused on safety, emotional well-being, and simple coping skills to help manage low mood or anxiety.

🔥 Reflection around the fire – a relaxed, supportive space to process the session and connect with others.

This session is for young people who may be:

  • Experiencing low mood or anxiety
  • Neurodivergent and looking to build skills or confidence
  • Wanting to meet new people and spend time in nature

Please note: This is a one-off session. To ensure we can reach as many young people as possible, we ask that you only book onto one session.

Ecotherapy offers a gentle, non-judgmental space to support well-being through connection with nature, animals, and each other.
