Coram Conference Centre is situated in the heart of Bloomsbury, just minutes from Russel Square station (Coram Campus, 41 Brunswick Square, London WC1N 1AZ).

Tube: Russell Square (6 mins), King’s Cross St Pancras (10 mins), Holborn (14 mins).
Train: King’s Cross St Pancras (0.5 miles), Euston (0.7 miles), Paddington (2.5 miles), Victoria (3 miles).

If you have accessibility or support needs, please indicate them in the order form or contact us at arc.academy@ucl.ac.uk. We will be on the ground floor, with step-free access and there are accessible toilets available at the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

The nearest car park is NCP Brunswick Square (https://maps.app.goo.gl/zFeqFcUyGyX5uTERA), just a 7 minute walk from the venue. A limited amount of disabled parking is available on-site, please contact us in advance if you would like to book a space.

Accepted Answer

Yes, a quiet break-out space will be available on the day. The venue is also located by a park if you'd like to use outdoor space for relaxation or a break.

Which activities can I join online?

Accepted Answer

You can attend the Keynote Session (10:30-11:15) and the ECR Showcase Presentations (11:30-12:45) online via Zoom. To attend the afternoon workshop sessions, you must register to attend in person in central London.

Yes, all food and refreshments served will be vegetarian / vegan with gluten free options available. If you have any other dietary requirements or allergies, please indicate so in the order form.
