Join our warm, conscious dance community for a morning of movement, music, and deep connection as we welcome the changing season. No dance experience needed—just bring your body, your energy, and your joy!

🎶 Featuring:

DJ & Facilitator: Vaughan (Frome Ecstatic Dance Collective)

Vaughan has been DJing with Frome's bouyant Friday Night Dance since August '24, and is now also facilitating with Dance Medicine Glastonbury once a month. He first joined us at Ecstatic Dance Bath in January 2025 and got the year of with a bang, and it's great to be welcoming him back.When he's not DJing Vaughan is a breathwork, yoga and wellness facilitator, and has worked supporting people with problematic substance and alcohol use. He draws on these skills and seeks to co-create dances that celebrate the healing and medicinal nature of music, movement and communityDrawing on the eclectic sounds and flavours of London's cultural melting pot, Vaughan's dances are also influenced by his travels in Africa and South America, as well as the six years he spent immersed in Australia's vibrant electronic music scene.You are invited to bring an open mind, a curious heart, and a playful soul. Sound Bath with Sasha for deep integration 🛁

Sasha~Amber is a certified sound bath practitioner and facilitator. Sasha blends the resonating tones of the crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to create a calming and restorative experience.Sasha's intention is to guide you into a deep state of stillness to soothe the nervous system, and allow for the harmonisation of body and mind.Sasha is a passionate about sharing the power of therapeutic sound and is committed to offering a peaceful and accessible healing space for all.

🕘 Schedule:

• 9:45 am – Arrive, check-in, remove shoes, enjoy cacao/tea + intro music/warm up
• 10:15 am – Opening Circle + Dance journey begins
• 10:30 am – Doors close (entry ends)
• 12:00–12:30 pm – Music winds down, closing Sound Bath + Circle

Move freely: dance, lie down, stretch, or be still — all at your own pace.

• Those with injuries/illnesses are invited to visualise or move gently

👶 Children welcome! (Free ticket required in advance. Each child must be accompanied by a 1:1 supervising adult with a valid ticket.)

🍃 Substance-free space – natural high only

❤️ Consent is key – always check before contact dancing

🌀 Move how you feel – there’s no right or wrong

🌌 Silent ending – integrate in stillness

🧺 Keep belongings safely off the dance floor
