This in-person event will take place at Portchester Community Centre on Friday, 31st October 2025, at 7:00 PM GMT. The evening includes a guided meditation and a short breathwork journey — both invitational and completely optional.
Step onto the dance floor and let your body move freely to an eclectic mix of beats. This month’s journey blends uplifting rhythms with a sprinkle of Halloween magic — inviting you to express yourself, play, and celebrate the joy of movement together.
Immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere of like-minded souls who share a love for movement, healing, and freedom. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, this event welcomes everyone with open arms.

This is a beautiful space for those who love to dance but prefer something more conscious than the party scene. Bare feet are encouraged, though supportive shoes are always welcome. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable — whether that’s activewear or something that expresses your authentic self.
