Experience the freedom and magic of a monthly Ecstatic Dance exploration in Ashley Green, Hertfordshire.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of movement, music, Ceremonial Cacao*, blissful sound bathing and pure joy at our monthly Ecstatic Dance. This is an opportunity like no other to come together in celebration of community, releasing anything that no longer serves our highest purpose and stepping into our full abundance.

The Cacao Spirit is a keeper of ancient, sacred wisdom. Mama Cacao holds the vibrations of kindness, unconditional love, and joy, opening a channel for loving connection with yourself and others. Cacao's energy is healing, motherly and very gentle - speaking directly to the heart. When we connect with the heart’s energy our voice may speak from a place of deeper intelligence carrying vibrations of peace and harmony. We will use the highest quality ceremonial Cacao from fairly traded, indigenous communities in Guatemala and Ecuador to open the heart and begin to melt the walls down that we build up around ourselves.

After intentionally drinking the Cacao elixir you will be guided into a free flowing ecstatic dance ritual accompanied by a live music set. Incorporating the wisdom of healing medicine, supportive community, ecstatic dance and a euphoric tapestry of beats to guide you into a state of pure, creative bliss and nervous system release. This ambient sound-trance will drive you deeper into the theta brain state to un-lock creative insights, flow states, deep emotional release and a sense of freedom.

The event is open to anyone who is interested in exploring the power of dance, music, community and collective liberation. No prior experience with Cacao or Ecstatic Dance is required. However, we recommend that you come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to explore the power of your potential. We will finish with a blissful sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls and angelic vocals.

All abilities, ages experience levels are welcome!

16-18 year olds are welcome to attend with a parent of guardian, babes in arms are also welcome, but no children under 16.

*Ceremonial Cacao is a potent and magical plant medicine. We use the highest grade Cacao organically and ethically sourced by Ruth from ReNurture. Through trauma-informed maturation coaching and somatic practices, she guides women on a journey to outgrow self-sabotage, break free from old patterns, and reclaim their wild feminine essence. By helping them connect with their inner healer, Sara’s mission is to empower women to feel their emotions as a super power whilst creating a reality that reflects their deepest, wildest desires!

Meet Ruth, founder of ReNurture — a holistic wellness practice rooted in healing, connection, and remembrance. Ruth has developed a deep, reverent relationship with ceremonial cacao, working with it as a sacred plant ally to support heart-opening, emotional release, and presence. She shares cacao in both personal and group settings, offering it with intention, care, and respect for its lineage.

The cacao she serves is made from single-origin Arriba (Nacional) beans, ethically sourced from small farms on the Ecuadorian coast. The sourcing model prioritises fair pay, farmer wellbeing, and regenerative agricultural practices. The cacao is also independently tested for cadmium and pesticides to ensure safety and purity from farm to cup.

Please note: cacao is a powerful yet gentle plant medicine. There are some contraindications to be aware of — especially for those on certain medications (such as SSRIs) or with heart conditions. Ruth is always happy to answer questions ahead of time.
