We do not issue refunds. The events take a lot of time and money to plan and there is limited tickets, so when you get a ticket ensure you are committed to coming.

Please join the Whatsapp group as detailed in the event description and registration email.

What time does it start?

We start at 5.30pm so please arrive latest at 5.20pm so we have time to check you in and you have time to settle.

Can I bring my phone?
