We are currently recruiting ECT's (Early Career Teachers) across our Trust. We invite you to attend our ECT Open Evening to find out about the opportunities we have available.

Our Trust, based in Watford, Hertfordshire, consists of three primary schools; Beechfield, Cherry Tree Primary and Laurance Haines.

We can offer you the best possible start to a career in teaching. Each ECT will receive support from a dedicated teacher mentor who will guide you through an excellent ECT programme which offers bespoke support and training, as well as the opportunity to learn from senior and experienced staff members.

The ECT Open Evening will give applicants the opportunity to meet with our Headteachers and Trust leaders to discuss the opportunities available and ask any questions that they may have.
