About this event

The focus of EDABL is to support and champion local growers and producers, but our Street Parties would not be the same without the artisan, art, craft and charity stalls which add so much variety to the day and prove so popular with visitors and locals alike.

There will be four EDABL Street Parties in 2024 with the dates being picked to coincide with, where possible, visiting cruise ships to increase footfall and sales opportunities for all our stall holders.

Sunday 5 May (visiting cruise ship Sky Princess with 3,660 passengers)

Sunday 16 June

Sunday 28 July (visiting cruise ship Mein Shiff with 2,700 passengers)

Sunday 25 August

Artisan and craft stalls are positioned on the seafront between the Visitor Information Centre and the Albert Memorial. Pitches are taken on a first come first served basis.

All food and drink stalls are positioned on the Crown Pier. A site plan will be drawn up and circulated ahead of each event.

POWER

Due to increased costs we have had to introduce a separate charge for power this year, which will be charged on consumption. Your power requirements must be confirmed at the time of booking and your pitch will be positioned to ensure the required power can be supplied to you.

When you book your pitch and you select your pitch size, please scroll down to Add-Ons and select the level of power you require. We will confirm this with the team who supply and distribute the power on site based on the equipment and wattage you have listed.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All stallholders are responsible for providing all their own equipment, gazebos, tables etc. A trestle table for hedge veg stalls can be provided on request.

All stallholders must hold their own public liability insurance. It is a requirement of attendance at the EDABL Street parties that you have a copy of your PL insurance certificate with you at each event for inspection if requested.

If you have any food on your stall you must be registered with the Office of Environmental Health and have a food hygiene rating. You must also comply with their guidelines, including the provision of adequate hand washing facilities. Please be advised that spot checks may be carried out at the events.
