About this event

Business • Other

We will have speakers on the topics of menopause, trans rights, neuro-diversity and a panel talking about the employment law pitfalls, and also the future considerations for EDI initiatives in the workplace.

The focus is on the idea of inclusion and belonging, what can we do day today to make people feel more comfortable in the workplace, be it the individual affected or the team around them who are too nervous to say the wrong thing. Let’s work through some sessions to make you comfortable with the elephant in the room and hopefully encourage others to feel the same.

Guest Speakers:

Jim Glennon

Jim Glennon, MCIPD, has managed people, projects and policy in leading LGBTQ+ organisations for over 30 years, delivered training in LGBGTQ+ inclusion to Local Government throughout the UK, and providing expert witness on LGBTQ+ inequalities to the UK Government Equalities Committee in Parliament. A founding director of Pride UK, he now delivers in-house training and conference presentations, as well as leading on LGBTQ+ inclusive policy development for HR professionals.
